A career in Interim Management is rewarding, in every sense. The Interim Managers appointed by members of the Interim Management Association (IMA) consistently feed back on the satisfaction of having successfully delivered to challenging Interim assignments. They enjoy the variety of regularly moving into new environments to bring fresh ideas to apparently intractable problems. They relish the opportunity to stretch themselves but in the context of being well matched to the task and applying their depth of relevant knowledge and expertise, hand picked by the IMA members. The Interim Management Association is delighted to announce the launch of a new membership scheme for career Interim Managers.

This distinct class of membership for individual interim managers will operate with its own entry criteria. It will offer members significant benefits of membership through the operational name of the IMA-Institute and through its own dedicated website (www.ima-institute.com). The purpose is to better support the professional interests of Interim Managers.

The IMA-Institute, supported by all provider members of the Interim Management Association, is focussed on differentiating career interim managers from those who, particularly in the current economic climate, may simply be passing through.

Working in partnership with leading organisations such as The Open University, Saville Consulting and Competex, the IMA-Institute is dedicated to raising the awareness of interim management as a profession, promoting the highest professional standards and providing members with a range of quality benefits.
