Nick Robeson is the executive committee member responsible for the development and delivery of the IMA – Institute, the individual membership arm of the Association. From 2004-2008 Nick led the IMA as Chairman. He began his career in Interim Management in 1997 with Harvey Nash before moving to Boyden. Following a management buyout of Boyden Interim Management in 2003 Nick is now Chief Executive of Alium Partners.

Paul Botting took over as Chairman of the Interim Management Association in March 2008. Paul has been associated with the IMA for over nine years. He was previously deputy chairman and before that led the marketing committee. Jason Atkinson is Deputy Chairman and committee member responsible for Accreditation of the Interim Management Association. Jason has 18 years’ experience in international sales and marketing. Rupert Dobson is the executive committee member responsible for Marketing. Rupert has been an active member of the IMA for three years and recently project managed the re-branding and refreshing of the IMA web site. James Hunt is the executive committee member responsible for Membership. After six years in the Army, eight years at Harvey Nash, leading teams of consultants placing IT contractors, James moved into interim management recruitment in 2002, joining Penna in 2003. Asha Lutchmun is the executive committee member covering IMA Press Relations and Research. She joined the executive committee in March 2008 and her career has covered marketing management roles in the leisure and entertainment industries and resourcing in both contingency middle management and Executive Search. She has been in Interim Management since 2007 and is currently at Odgers Interim working across all management functions in the Retail, Leisure and Sports sectors. Tarquin Bennett-Coles joined the IMA in November 2007 as the Director of RSA Interims. He had previously been at a global healthcare staffing company where he was the UK Business Director for the Clinical and Medical divisions.
Tarquin has more than 12 years experience exclusively recruiting within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices and life sciences sectors. He has worked internationally placing people across Europe, Asia Pacific and the US. He has successfully filled roles across all functions but has particular experience recruiting within the interim sector.
Tarquin has a strong working knowledge of the interim and contract markets. He started out, having graduated from Cambridge University, as a teacher before joining a niche Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices boutique recruitment company.
