Rupert Dobson is the executive committee member responsible for Membership. Rupert has been an active member of the IMA for four years and recently project managed the re-branding and refreshing of the IMA web site. Anne Beitel is the executive committee member responsible for the Ipsos MORI research and the IMA Approved campaign. Anne brings more than 10 years’ experience marketing in high-growth environments to her role as Marketing Director for Executives Online. With an MBA from Harvard and a top-flight track record in product and services marketing ‘both sides of the pond’, Anne developed her marketing and management expertise in previous roles as Director of New Product Marketing for ON Technology Corporation, Vice President of Marketing for Dr Solomon’s Software Inc., and European Marketing Director of specialist staffing company Aquent. In addition to directing Executives Online’s award-winning marketing programmes, Anne recruits for clients in the software, technology and new media sectors and led the 2008 MBO of Executives Online. She serves on the executive committee of the Interim Management Association, the trade body which represents the majority of established interim management provider firms operating in the UK.
Thomas Bridge is the Executive Committee member responsible for Marketing and PR. Thomas is the Marketing Manager for Interim Partners and has worked solely in interim management marketing positions since he began his professional career. Thomas attended Magdalen College School in Oxford before studying English Literature at Manchester University, gaining a 2:1. Upon graduation in 2002 he formed his own catering company, employing up to 20 people over a seven year period before selling the business in 2009. Combining his business and writing skills, Thomas decided to pursue a professional career in marketing and joined his first interim management company in the summer of 2010 to handle social media and direct marketing across the business. He moved to Interim Partners at the end of 2011 where he has added SEO, PR, events, website management and case studies to these duties. Thomas intends to employ many of these same successful techniques for the benefit of fellow IMA members. Outside of work, Thomas is passionate about football having voluntarily worked in the writing departments of both Manchester City FC and Wycombe Wanderers FC – his boyhood club. He plays for a Sunday team most weekends and enjoys music, films, books and running.
